I found Graham to be very knowledgeable, answering all our questions promptly and with the perfect amount of detail, and he suggested a settlement agent who was also efficient and helpful. He was friendly and cracked jokes with us, but he also handled the entire purchase as professionally as anyone could reasonably want and expect. Graham was also reassuring when we were stressing out at various points of the purchase, which was very appreciated since this was our first home buy. If we were going to buy another house in the future, Graham would be our first point of call.
