We were holidaying in the Mission Beach area when we thought it would be a lovely place to live. – We came across some land that we thought looked interesting (we are cattle and hay farmers). We phoned the estate agent (Grahame) and enquired on price. Long and short of the story it was too expensive for what we needed the land for. We headed home and thought nothing more of it. My partner had a few more conversations with Grahame regarding what we would be looking for and at what price range we could afford. Grahame spent time sourcing exactly what we needed. At the time the property was not on the market. Grahame approached the owner and asked if it would be available! So this is how we came to buy our piece of land in Mission. Grahame listened to our needs and went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for! We found him professional and always friendly and willing to assist. We highly recommend Grahame and his team for any realty needs. We have purchased other properties before – but this was definitely the least problematic.
