We were part the way through our sales campaign when the Covid-19 lockdown happened and our auction had to be abandoned. Grahame did a great job working with the potential purchasers that had already been through the house and was able to achieve a result for us. There were a number of unusual considerations to deal with such as uncertainty of the purchasers own property selling and caution by lenders. Grahame handled all of these really well and we can't recommend him highly enough.
