A great experience from start to finish

I am so pleased we decided to use Graham to sell my fathers house. From the start he impressed me. He listened to what was important to me, and gave really good advice on what we needed (and didn't need) to do to get Dad's house ready for market. I loved that he had a team of people he worked with including an amazing handyman (thanks Brad), and a fast, professional, house painter (thanks Adil), and a great stylist and conveyancer. Graham popped in regularly to touch base, see how I was travelling, and check on works and I relied on him to follow up on things when I wasn't there. His communication was excellent throughout. I was really impressed with the professionalism of his market assessment and he was honest in discussing the selling points (good and bad) of the property. Graham's knowledge and exceptional team of people were integral in getting us a sale that was considerably more than we were expecting. I highly recommend him and I'm grateful for all the all the things he did that made a difficult task easier.
