Just had an awful experience buying a home from Grant Boman and his team. Really tainted what should have been a nice experience buying a home that we loved. We were constantly questioning our desire to buy this house due to having to deal with him. He was rude, arrogant, pushy, always busy playing games, uncontactable & constantly lying. Sellers do NOT use this agent unless you want your buyer to have an awful experience buying your home!

it was just ok, I had to follow up a few times towards the settlement date to organise where I was to meet etc.

Our project was not very easy to do. As its kind of presale and took rediculous long with council to get plan sealing and title granted. Grant was very preactive at all times communicating with seller and buyers to keep all parties happy. in terms of sales price we did get what we wanted, very impressive.
