We purchased an investment property through Grant Cheatham @ Leading Realty Mooloolaba. Arguably the most transparent & professional realestate experience we have had over 25 years of buying & selling property. After attending a property viewing that wasn’t what we were looking for Grant reached out to understand the specifics of what we’re aiming to achieve. Within 24 hours Grant had locked in 2 properties for us to view. Both were ideal, but 1 in particular hit our brief exactly.
