Grant got results straight away, although the product wasnt the best on the market he found buyers on day 1. He guided Tom prior to the house going on the market. Above asking price was offered. Grant was a rock through the whole process, he went above and Beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Tom had never sold a house before and didnt know the steps or process.
