Being impressed by the quality of service delivered by Bell Real Estate – Emerald in the management of a rental property for us, we had no hesitation in using Bell Real Estate Sales arm to sell our family home. Our expectations were exceeded and we were extremely pleased in the level of services delivered and the outcome achieved. Even though the property was far outside of Bell Real Estate Sales’ catchment area, they were prepared to market and sell the property for us. They effectively used all available modern day channels (i.e. internet, etc.) to promote the property to prospective buyers. They kept us advised of the activities that they were conducting, forwarded us material for review and provided updates on the progression of the marketing and sales. Not an easy task given that we were on the other side of the country during the whole process. We considered their interfacing with us was not overbearing or overwhelming but just right. The first open inspection of the house resulted in a successful bid around the price that we wanted but the buyer withdrew due to being unable to raise the finances. Grant and Bethany Day promptly contacted to us to advise the actions that they would take to remarket the property. They subsequently were able in the first opening of the second round of inspections to seal a sale price slightly better than the original offer. Their service extended to Bethany Day attending when a build inspection was requested by the buyer and Grant Day assisting with the rectification of an identified building issue to the satisfaction of the purchaser thereby ensuring the sale was finalised. The quality of service, feedback during the various stages of the selling, closure of sale and appropriate level of communication means we have no hesitation as recommending them as your first realtor of choice if considering selling.
