In a market flooded with a barrage of attractive discount house and land packages, declining regional buyer employment prospects and financially constrained investor interest, Grant was able to pull in an Owner/Occupier Buyer for my property in Evanston SA, inside 4 weeks and within $5,000 of our true sell price expectation. It was a difficult, drawn out sales process; a novice Buyer with high but not necessarily realistic expectations, a Contract, subject to sale of a house which was not on the market at the time of Contract, a very long settlement period and an investment Vendor with mounting overheads and zero rental income to compensate. Through all adversities, Grant equitably walked the fine line between both parties and their respective conveyancers to keep them all on-track and more importantly on-board, through to settlement. A true testament to his experience, skill and sincere dedication to getting the job done while achieving the best possible client outcome for the dealt hand.
