Once in the program his costs were extremely reasonable and found a buyer in weeks. I had a lot of trouble with the council and little time to deal with them so grant virtually handled all correspondence and negotiations for me with builders, engineers and various dept within council. It was a difficult sale and the other parties solicitor very difficult also but grant covered all bases for me and went over and above to secure the sale.i would highly recommend grant and his team.
