Dealt with 5 real estate agents in recent times. Grant is heads and shoulders above them all. He knows what he is talking about and if he doesn't know will say so and go and find the answer. He returns calls in a reasonable time and is always upbeat, polite and happy to talk. But his best talent is he does embellish the property giving you the reality of what to expect. I would engage Grant again and highly recommend you do the same.
