Excellent Result from Grant

Grant achieved an excellent sales result for us and we were very happy with him and L J Hooker. He gave us a house appraisal around 12 months ago, and he kept us informed of market movements as we neared a selling date. We had lived in the house for 35 years, thus a little out of touch, and were relying on an area professional to guide us through the process. We found Grant was the ideal person, very easy to talk to, and had an excellent knowledge of the area. At no time did we feel stressed by the sales process. He achieved an excellent result in a relatively short campaign, meeting our desired outcome and setting a record sales price for the street.
