Not only did Grant assess the sales approach perfectly, he didn’t insist on wasted frills such as a stylist. Grant asked for a fair commission and was completely transparent explaining all of the costs and the reason for them. He was there early to open the house, organised all of the photos, layout design and inspections. He had an interested client on the first open house and got him to increase his offer by $20,000. Within a few days there was a sold sign while the house around the corner of a similar size and layout which was on the market longer remains unsold. Not only is he professional and dedicated, he is also friendly and ready to answer questions at a moments notice. We will recommend Grant, and we already have. We couldn’t have asked for more.
