Prior to our listing with Harcourts Somerville, Sandra kept in touch offering assistance but at all times keeping a respectful distance until we were ready to put our home on the market. At no time we felt pressured. From our very first encounter with both Grant and Sandra, we found them to be very informative, knowledgeable, and professional but most of all listened to our needs and concerns. Following each of the openings, we had a prompt review and updated reports to keep us informed. After only 3 openings we had firm offers to consider, with Sandra and Grant negotiating and completing a very satisfactory record price for our area. Even following the sale, further assistance was offered with the issue of downsizing and rehoming of some of our loved possessions.
