Grant's communication was excellent. We're very busy in our business and he took the time to understand our requirements of him and he managed us through the process. We were overseas and Grant took it upon himself to make it all happen. We discovered he's also pretty good with a vacuum cleaner and a garden blower. He made sure if he did an open house that he was going to make it worth while.
