Grant was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Going above and beyond to assist with anything for all of us. Very kind and down to earth.
Grants communication to us with all aspects of the sale of the property was outstanding . Any questions were always answered without delay and we felt so confident with how Grant dealt with the sale of the property
He put up with all our constant questions and always had the answers we needed to move forward with our sale.
Very helpful guiding us through our first time in selling a property.
We knew Grant Larsen from previous real estate dealings. Grant is always very professional, easy to communicate & work with during the selling period. We were always informed of all aspects of the selling of our unit & advised accordingly if we needed guidance. Grant always made himself available to discuss any queries relating to our property being placed on the market for sale. Grant is very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. We would recommend Grant to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property as they will be in good hands. Regards Don & Lynne
Throughout the sales process I really valued his knowledge, experience and honesty and they way he communicated with us every step of the way from start to finish. I can't recommend Grant highly enough and would certainly list a property with him again in the future.
My wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Grant and team on more than one occasion. We have found Grant a reliable, self-motivated and profession real estate agent who has not failed to provide results even in times of market down turns. With our recent sale, Grant and teams marketing strategy provided a steady stream of interested purchasers and resulted in the closing of a sale at the price we had intended. He communicated to all stakeholders and kept us updated on a regular basis. Should we again require the services of a professional, motivated, and reliable real estate agent we would not hesitate to contact Grant Larson and team at the Edge Coffs Harbour.
Grant was the agent when I purchased my property and I appointed him years later when it came time to sell. He is an excellent agent and a true professional. He got me the result I wanted in record time (the house was listed for sale on a Thursday and I had a signed contract a week later). Highly recommended.
Grant was always helpful and aware of our situation and a delayed start from us didn’t worry Grant. Excellent service.
Grant was a reliable and realistic real estate agent. He listened to what we wanted out of the sale and was able to sell our property for a good price and within a decent timeframe. Thanks for your assistance Grant!
