I was very happy with the way Grant handled the recent sale of one of our investment properties. We were kept well informed of the the feedback from all the open houses and private inspections and who was interested or not and the reasons for their responses. He also reached out to previous clients who had been looking for similar properties and ultimately this is what got the sale over the line. I would recommend Grant to anyone wanting their property sold and it all went through with a minimum of fuss
