So my house sale was a bit of a nightmare as the building report turned up a few hidden issues I was not aware of. Grant was patient and an invaluable source of information during this time. Grant recommended trustworthy and competent tradies and after a lot of advice, upgrades and repairs the house was all fixed up and ready to sell. After a few time wasters and more advice from Grant, we found some buyers and the house sold. Greatly appreciate Grant's patience and advise throughout the sale and have recommended him to some friends of mine now selling their home.
