What can we say other than one of the best Agents we have come accross.

This property ( 7/27 Arthur St. Coffs Harbour ) was sold before we knew that it was on the market. Grant ( in my experience ) has one of the best customer bases I have come across and I have been buying and selling Real Estate for over 30 years. Contacting buyers and getting them to ' move on ' with their purchase is something you do not see with Agents I have encountered in Sydney. Well done & keep up the excellent work Grant.
