Buying a house in Bathurst when you live a nine hour drive away is not easy. Grant was happy to be flexible with showing times and was always available to talk on the phone. In order to feel comfortable with the purchase price I needed a Realtor I could talk through the terms with candidly, while also relying on their understanding of the seller and their ability to forward the sale.
