My sale was an extremely difficult process due to the many & difficult requirements of the purchaser, caused by their own sale. During this very lengthy time frame, not once did Grant sound frustrated or peeved by my many phone calls asking "what is happening". I believe his negotiating skills are the best that I have come across, possibly in part due to his people skills, which are second to none. I have 2 other houses which will be going on the market with Grant later this year. I have previously recommended him to 2 people where he did get their listings & sold bother their houses.
