Grant helped the reviewer buy this property

Friendly and professional

Grant was friendly and professional as he showed us a property we weren't expecting to buy; we wanted to view it as a price and quality guide comparison for another house we were interested in. He was very accommodating to us, and when we decided to purchase this property, he made the negotiations very streamlined and efficient.
