Beyond our expectations

Well where do we start. When we first thought of selling we enquired with 2 estate agents on valuation. Both were around the same money. We decided to aim high and shoot for the stars. After deciding to go with Grant we settled on marketing at the end on June. Our house went on the market on the afternoon of the 29th June 2026 and final offer was accepted 30th June 2026. Contracts exchanged on the 7th July, 26 then settles on the 4th August, 26. What a whirlwind of an extraordinary event. We couldn’t be happier and would like to highly recommend Grant and Raine and Horne Bathurst to everyone looking for excellent results as we were.
