Grant Maskill-Dowton
I first met Grant when I started doing the circuit of houses for sale. I needed to sell the family home after a marriage separation but I was struggling to move through the pain of making the decision to list it for sale. During that first meeting Grant was just really authentic, he listened to me and reassured me that I would know when the time was right and that he would be there when I was ready. It was his relaxed non-salesman approach that led me to choose him as my agent. I can’t fault his professionalism and sales ability, he has certainly ‘got the job done’ and achieved a price that I would never have imagined, but it is the other parts of him that I appreciate the most. To sell a house during a global pandemic takes more than just sales ability, he is honest and upfront and genuinely invested in being there for his clients. He has been available at all hours to support me during this process, bringing me back from despair when the market crashed during lockdown, keeping me informed every step of the way, he even lit the fires for the open houses when I wasn’t home. Grant has a wicked sense of humour which is needed when you are trying to sell a million dollar property during a global pandemic, he has earnt every cent of the commission and deserves to be recognised as the amazing agent he is.
