We recently listed our house with Grant and honestly, we’re still wondering if he’s some kind of wizard. He found us a buyer with an offer above what we were expecting in less than a week.. no smoke, no mirrors, no real estate magic tricks or tactics just genuine hard work and a whole lot of heart.
