Not just any old sales agent!

Grant where to start! From the moment we viewed our purchase through this super steady handed last season iPhone video call to the few months later out of the blue call to book an inspection which you remembered who we were from our first interaction and then telling you we’re not sure it’s what we are after to making an offer a few weeks later and having nothing but dramas with our own sale. Then there was the pest and building commentary which sold us on how much of a top bloke you are. Grant is a no shit, say it how it is, take it or leave it person which I value highly in all walks of life and why would buying a house be any different. Grant was Amazeballs the entire way through! Always available to answer our questions at all hours to suit our busy life’s. Always up for a laugh and always being real with where things were at and what to expect! I certainly think we caused some grey hairs, sleepless nights and perhaps Afew glasses I mean bottles of wine along the way! Grant not only supported us and the vendors (super grateful for their faith in Grant also) through our purchase down to the final hour when things got touch and go with our sale but he also coached us on how to manage a difficult situation with our sales agent in another location. With some ideas in sight for our next purchase Grant is certainly the one for the challenge!
