Grant is well versed in local area sales, facts, how to promote property and get people through the door. Marketing comes naturally with a good online presence & feedback is derived in the same manner including names & numbers of those who inspected the property and whilst this was handy in a busy world for me I would have liked a touch more feedback from those inspecting why they did or didn't like the house in a discussion over the phone to understand a little better. Overall however he was quite professional, knows how to get the job done and wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
