Grant helped the reviewer sell this property

A Successful Outcome

The process with Grant was easy and seamless. We were moving after 30 years in the same location so we had a lot of emotional ties to the property. He guided us through the process and provided invaluable advice on how to best market our property to get the best value. During the sales period he kept us fully informed how the property was being precieved by the market and tweaked the program to further enhance the postioning of our home. We were very happy with the outcome and the relationship.
