Grant helped the reviewer buy this property

Authentic and Ethical

Grant was a pleasure to deal with throughout the buying experience. He certainly acts with the utmost integrity and carefully protects the information he provides in the best interests of his vendor. I'd certainly engage Grant to sell my house, he's a great negotiator!! From our first meeting with Grant we were made to feel at ease. Grant was knowledgeable about the property when asked questions but also provided us the space to really take in all the home had to offer without being in any way overbearing. Grant's a genuine, down to earth guy and business savvy. We don't give reviews lightly but Grant is certainly worth our time to do so. Thanks for a great experience buying our new home
