All functions were completely promptly, as I would have expected from a professional and experienced real estate firm. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that I was a bit disappointed with what I felt was a lack of 'partnering' in the process by the agent. I have sold two other houses in the past 3 years and in those sales I felt it was more of a team approach. I had to ask Grant for some context on what was happening in the market right at the time of considering the offer (eg were the opens of other houses on the market being well attended, what was general buyer sentiment) - and I then felt he just pointed out the negatives of not taking the offer.
