Grant has a very relaxed and honest approach to dealing with my queries during the property inspection and later towards finalising the sale. The were non of the usual games that one would expect from real estate agents and it was easy to close the deal. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process and Grant is always accessible and prompt in getting back with further details even after the sale contract has been signed.
