We had several contingency plans to sell and Grant accommodated these wishes. Grant listened to what we proposed without argument and negotiated with potential buyers accordingly. Grant acted promptly in negotiating with buyers that could probably meet our needs. In summary, we found that Grant is an agent who is prepared to meet the Vendor's wishes. In other words, the customer is always right.

We were looking to sell our property at a price at the upper end of the possible range. Grant achieved a sale price above that. The purchaser withdrew due to an inability to obtain finance. Undaunted, Grant eventually achieved an unconditional sale with another purchaser at a price that was still above our expectations.
