Whilst always recognising that an agent works for the vendor, as a purchaser, I was impressed with Carol's professionalism. I deal with a lot of agents through my work and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was clearly keen to make a sale for the vendor but equally keen to take me seriously as a buyer.
