Very friendly

Our experience with Grant, Najee and team was very pleasant. They were always punctual and well presented and kept us in the loop. As expected there feedback always having a negative spin to condition / suppress our expectations. I feel the range they set was $40k to low which set the buyers expectations for offers. I feel had we not been strong in holding out they would have been content to sell for $100k less. However we received very close to our desired outcome and the process was made easy by Belle.
