Grant McEnally recently acted for my sister & I for the sale of my late mother's property in Castle Hill. Obviously it was a potentially stressful period in our life. We interviewed a couple of local agents ,all of whom were impressive. The reason we signed up with Grant was that firstly he was willing to put himself out to meet us. Secondly his local knowledge of the property was exceptional. And thirdly he promised us he was a good negotiator. So many times in this industry the loyalties get confused when the buyers actually start coming along. We were so impressed that Grant was able to generate over a dozen contracts on our behalf. So all in all we were highly impressed with Grant's service, ability and manner. My only regret is that he is not here on the Gold Coast to sell my property! Well done Grant!!!
