Within 10 minutes of our first meeting, there was a temporary For Sale sign erected and the selling team had visited my property. Grant's marketing campaign was very innovative and extremely cost efficient and quite different to any other campaign that I have used previously when selling homes. Marketing in 2017 is now that I have experienced it, is I believe no longer about photo boards, newspaper advertising and auctions as this can be very expensive and not what necessarily sells properties in today's era,the inclusion of a floor plan with the photos on all the major web sites is an brilliant selling strategy. Grant has an high quality team who make sure the selling campaigns run smoothly and that all paper work is spot on. From a sellers perspective I was delighted with how Grant managed the sale of my home and would highly recommend his services.
