He always had good and positive ideas and was really good with the ancillary stuff like getting the right tradie etc to fix things, always happy to help me sort out an issue (and we had a few) and always happy to turn up with keys to unlock for workers because I was remote from the property. His great suggestions and comments helped me get a great deal. He managed to sell the property faster and for a better price than the previous recent sale of a similar unit in the complex by another agent. Highly Recommended!
