Grant was especially helpful. He is polite and professional as well as happy to have a joke to lighten the mood. When it came time to acceptance of the offer he responded timely on a broad range of communication ie messaging, phone calls and emails. Additionally, he provided any updates about the home which meant I did not have to chase up for replies or additional information at all. He is happy to answer questions and just overall incredibly helpful and kind. He has left a very lasting impression on me as a first home buyer.
