We saw the property mid-way through its marketing campaign, we saw it twice before bidding for it at the auction. Grant was friendly & approachable. Both house & agent left us with good vibes about the impending auction. At the final inspection prior to settlement, Grant seemed a little worried as to whether we liked the property, maybe given we hadn't inspected it much prior to auction. We thought it said a lot about the agent, that he bothered even though we had obviously already bought it. And the garage door was fixed, as was promised during the auction.
