Grant is certainly the professional. He is also very easy to communicate with, I had no problems with him at all. The presentation of the sale brochure in realestate.com was perfect. The house sold for near to my top price on the first showing. I would most certainly recommend him.
We could tell that Grant had been in real estate for a while (46 years), as it seemed he had a good feel for the market, giving us good advice and guidance. This being our first home, we were learning a lot at each house inspection, however, Grant made the process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Couldn't thank him more!

Unfortunately, Ranges First National rushed my property to market stating that we had to get to market before there was more competition. Subsequently, the professional photos weren't ready for the online launch and First National used some old photos I had taken with my iPhone 8 when I had previously asked them to manage the property as a rental. I believe this had a large impact on the attendance at the first few OFI's, and ultimately there was less buyers competing for my property. Grant is a nice enough guy and has been in Real Estate for a long time, easy to deal with, I just feel my campaign wasn't well managed and we should have achieved a much better result. At the instruction of Grant, I spent thousands of dollars in staging, and as much again in 'landscaping'. Definitely not worth the money considering the result. Ultimately, Grant reduced the price range of the property when he knew the final offer coming through from the buyer, as he sells his services based on achieving a sale price within the range. I wish Ranges First National all the best, but I wouldn't work with them to sell another property. And I definitely wouldn't sign with them to manage another investment property.

We were also provided useful information on how to prepare and present the premises for sale along with feedback on our efforts. Throughout the sales process Grant kept us up to date with the results of all inspections and the profiles of any prospective purchasers. The result was a quick sale and a resulting price at the high end of the expected bracket. We found Grants approach both efficient and professional with great results.

Grant described the house perfectly to prospective buyers. The sale of the house was achieved in 4 Open for Inspections and it was Winter as well that had to be contended with. Grant should be proud of his professionalism and enthusiasm as witnessed by this vendor.
