I must say my experience wasn’t very good, as soon as I signed the contract with Grant I didn’t hear from him at all until he had to do the pre settlement walk through and then there were issues as I wasn’t notified about the inspection, then they wanted to do another inspection which only one is allowed in the contract. I wasn’t very happy as the owners parents did the pre settlement inspection and they wanted a lot of things done that weren’t in the contract and only mentioned 2 days before settlement. I did these things but it cost me a lot of money.

It was great working with Grant for the sale of our acreage property. After 8 weeks on the market we achieved our asking price after receiving multiple offers following two open homes in a very rural area! Grant is a good communicator and very patient.
