We found Grant friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I was a little sad that the pressure was on Grant from the seller, which put Grant under pressure to pressure us. While we were in the process of getting our conveyancing solicitor to reply, we were asked why it was taking so long. I wasn’t sure where this was coming from as we were committed to buying the property but felt it was going to be sold to someone else if we didn’t hurry and were being pressured that other people wanted it, even though we had made a commitment. Apart from this, Grant was very helpful by liaising with the sellers and organising his colleague Paul to help us with the final inspection before settlement, as we were able do this at the last minute. It seems Grant has been in the area and has know the area for a long time, and was very helpful by helping us find a building inspector and providing us information for when we are ready to make it a holiday rental.
