Grant's skills were definately put to the test in our situation as we unfortunately didn't have tennants that took care of the property and Grant was able to liase with them on our behalf balancing his kindess with his professionalisim whilst still putting our interest first. We would highly recommend Grant to anyone seeking an agent that dignifies others whilst still putting his clients interest first.
