It couldn’t have been easier

I was recently in a position of having to sell a house on behalf of a family friend and the best decision we made was to list it with Grant Vines. From organising the initial paperwork on the last business day before Christmas to getting the house on the market in mid-January, working with Grant was a pleasure. He listened to what we needed, discussed price options with us and gave us good advice regarding presentation of the property. Then when the house was on the market, Grant really went to work. We had an asking price offer within hours of listing and thanks to Grant’s efforts over the weekend of the open house we agreed a significantly higher sale price just four days later. The vendor and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
