Very happy with Grant, not only as the agent of a Seller when I was the Buyer 2 years ago, but now also other way around. Grant will do his utmost, plays open card and is a great communicator. Don't think that I will ever choose another agent as long as Grant is around ..

It is our absolute pleasure to write this review. We engaged Grant particularly, because of our awareness of his success in selling properties by way of promotional material we had received. Our initial meeting with Grant, was professional and very positive. The information he imparted during that first meeting, was both comprehensive and easy to understand. We were impressed by his commitment throughout the sale process. He missed no opportunity, in providing a fantastic result. Grant proved excellent in communicating with us every step of the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Grant Whisker to others considering the sale of their property.

Grant Whisker has made my experience a breeze. I hadn't bought a property in many many years. I entrusted him with our needs and he responded by giving me advice, not only from a professional perspective, but also considered my nervousness in undertaking this exciting new venture in my and my family's life. I would not hesitate recommending Grant as an honest insightful real estate agent.

Our 4 week schedule was carefully planned by Grant to give our apartment optimal exposure through advertising, Open Home dates and private inspections. He understands the area we live in and its potential through real estate. Grant listens carefully to any concerns, is always well prepared with road signage , and very thorough regarding following up with us after each Open Home. He is tireless in the work he does out of office hours to ensure all details and followup phone calls are made promptly. On the day of our auction, he showed calmness and good common sense relating to the new buyers' capacity to stay in the negotiations and complete the sale. Besides his professionalism, he is an extremely nice man to work with. We would recommend Grant Whisker to take over the sale of any type of property.

Grant is well informed about what is happening in and around the area eg buildings, prices. Also has great knowledge about the area

kept us fully informed weekly on what interest there was in the sale and provided good knowledge of what was happening in the market even though we were all in a difficult situation the last twelve months. Would have no hesitation in engaging Grant if we venture into the market again in this area.

Grant knows the local market extremely well & is a very successful agent. He kept us up to date regularly about our sale & is very approachable.

Grant was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He was always prompt with his responses and was very helpful in providing us with information to help us make this purchase.

Have only had the one dealing with Grant. From an initial meeting at a home open through the entire purchase process we found Grant polite, helpful and genuine with good communication which is so rare these days. Grant helped us through what for us was the new and confusing Qld property purchase process. Having only ever bought property in NSW and WA before we found the system very different to what we were used to but Grant was always willing to assist and answer questions and guided us through the whole process very smoothly.

Grant was knowledgeable reliable and did a fantastic job selling our property He kept us fully informed and gave good sound advice

Grant Whisker has been assisting me to find the perfect unit on the Mooloolaba Esplanade for approximately 5 years. He would always reply to me in a timely manner with factual information. Grant remained tolerant and patient with my extreme fussiness, and kept me updated with all potential Units. He accommodated private viewings whenever possible, as I could not always make scheduled viewing times. Grant would regularly contact all owners in my preferred buildings seeking potential sales that would suit my criteria. He made the effort to understand what I was looking for and didn't waste my time with units I was not interested in. Once the right unit was found; Grant advised with honesty and assurance what a realistic price range would be to secure the property. Despite my stubbornness, I felt he negotiated fairly on behalf of both myself and the vendor. I felt confident throughout the purchasing process. Following contract signing, Grant went above and beyond to ensure I completed all requirements for the purchase - including assisting me with recommending a local conveyancer, insurance broker, and an introduction to the property manager. Having worked with Grant for several years now - as well as other agents - I can say with confidence that he is the outstanding agent for the area. Professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and respect at all times.

We have just purchased a property through Grant and can’t speak highly enough of his prompt service. Any time we contacted him he answered our calls and nothing was too much trouble for him. We’d highly recommend Grant as an agent.
