Grant assisted me in selling my mum's home due to her going into aged care. He involved her and explained the process, market etc. so that she did not feel everything was out of her control, and she was more than happy that I chose Grant to sell her home. Although we had buyers initially who were undecisive, grant found us new buyers within days and I am so pleased. I know they will love their new home just as much as my mum did. I certainly will list Grant in the future if ever I decide to sell my own home. He guided and liaised with me at all times.
