An extremely efficient and please person to deal with

We made contact with Grant some eight years ago when he sent a marketing letter introducing himself. At the time we owned two properties in Armadale which were rented and i was really just making contact based on the fact that one day we would want to sell both. Over the years I spoke to Grant about once per year to discuss the market. Not once did Grant try and push me to sell but just answered all my queries truthfully. last year we decided to sell one property and again, I phoned Grant as to how the market was and what we could expect to get for the property. He was spot on with his price and the property was sold without even getting to market. This process was completely seamless for us. Everything was handled most professionally and efficiently. We then decided to test the market with our second house and again had the same result. Sold and settled with absolutely no problems. Overall, we have found Grant to be most professional in his dealings. He always returned my calls and queries straight away never leaving anything to chance.
