In a sellers market it is still important to get the pricing right and maximise the exposure of your property. Greer did three things that maximised our return: she engaged a really good photographer so the house had a great presence on the web; she used both formal and informal online marketing strategies and, most important, she got the valuation right for the market at the time so we achieved the best return. As part of the process we obviously kept an eye on comparable properties in our location. Often the photography was not as good as ours and the asking prices seemed below what might be achieved in what was a very favourable market. During the sale process Greer and Dee kept us informed and and offered sage advice on how to deal with the various challenges that can arise during the time between offer and exchange contract.
