My wife and I took the ferry to Russell Island with the intension of selling our block of land. Without an appointment we entered R.I.R.E. Within a couple of minutes we were having a constructive conversation with Greg. He drove us around the island to checkout our land. Back at the office we agreed on a price and of his fee. We went around the corner for lunch,leaving Greg to produce some paperwork for us.On our return we confirmed the papers and that was it....Neat.

It started off alright you know the usual spiel of constant calls then when you get signed up they don’t want to know you. Had a verbal agreement about advertising fee being waived but was still charged anyway. When spoken to about it suddenly couldn’t remember it. So from a business point of view I don’t feel very happy with the service and wouldn’t be very trusting the next time.

Greg was very helpful with everything. He was always available for any questions I had. I would recommend Russell Island Real Estate especially Greg Ahern.
