We traveled from Lilydale Vic where we had sold our house Under a conditional contract (Subject to valuations of security properties (expected within 2 weeks))We had only 2 weeks to locate and secure a new home in the Port Macquarie area, so we were under the pump and totally reliant on our Estate Agent's help not knowing the area.
